Before inserting the cup, we recommend folding it into a V, C or S shape for more comfortable insertion. Do not use the cup for more than 12 hours at a time. Wash after each use. Menstrual cups need regular cleaning to avoid infection.

The Enna menstrual cup is a container that is inserted into the vagina during menstruation to collect menstrual flow. Unlike tampons, the cup does not absorb the blood; it is contained inside the product until it is removed from the vagina and the liquid is discarded.
In addition, menstrual cups are cheaper than tampons and sanitary towels, as you can see after a few months. This product lasts up to 10 years. It does not interfere with vaginal pH. It is not associated with TSS.
