Before first use: sterilize your cup with the enna box. Add water, place a glass and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power. Repeat this process at the end of each cycle.
How to get started:
Start with the Short cup (short size S), designed to familiarize you with donning and removal.
When you feel more confident, switch to the size S cup, more suitable for medium flows and for regular use.
Placement:
- Fold the cup into a C, S, or V shape (we recommend V if using the applicator*).
- Insert it into the vagina, directing it toward the anus, not upwards.
- The cup opens by itself once placed correctly.
Extraction:
- Get into a comfortable position and relax your body.
- Gently pull the guide thread until you reach the 6 balls at the base.
- Pull slowly: the vacuum breaks and you can remove it without discomfort.
