To insert it:
- Fold the cup into a V, C, or S shape.
- Place it inside the applicator with the thread aligned.
- Stretch the applicator as far as possible and guide the cup like a tampon.
- Press gently: the cup will open and be placed in place.
To remove it:
- Locate the thread and balls at the base.
- Pull the balls little by little, without pain.
- Empty the contents, wash with soap and water, and reuse.
To sterilize it:
- Place the cup in your enna box with 20 ml of water (up to the mark).
- Heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes at 700 W or use boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Empty, let dry and ready for the next use!
