1. Wash your hands

Always start with clean hands before handling the disc.

2. Fold the disc

Pinch the disc in half so it forms a narrow “figure 8” or taco shape, depending on what feels easiest.

3. Insert it

Get into a comfortable position (squatting, sitting on the toilet, or standing with one leg raised). Gently slide the folded disc into your vagina, aiming it back and slightly downward.

4. Tuck it behind the pubic bone

Once inside, push the front rim of the disc up so it sits snugly behind your pubic bone. This is what keeps it in place.

5. Wear it

You can wear it for up to several hours depending on your flow. It should feel comfortable when positioned correctly.

How to remove it

1. Wash hands first

Again, clean hands are important.

2. Hook a finger under the rim

Reach in and gently hook your finger under the front rim.

3. Pull it out slowly

Keep it level to avoid spills, and remove it gently.

4. Empty and rinse

Empty the contents into the toilet, rinse the disc with water, and reinsert if continuing use.
